The City of Vernon will host its annual Halloween Spooktacular on Thursday, October 28th from 5pm-8pm on the City Hall Lawn. Vernon residents and community members are invited to attend this event that will include trick-or-treating, raffles, activities, and free food!
Vernon residents are also invited to decorate their front door and don their spookiest costumes, and send in their photos to the City for a chance to win raffle prizes!
