We are excited to announce that our Vernon CommUNITY Fund (VCF) Scholarship Program is now accepting 2026 applications! Vernon Area high school students that have plans to attend trade school, community college, or university after graduation are eligible to apply. Students will be evaluated on academic performance, personal achievement, community involvement, and leadership.

This year, the VCF Grant Committee has allocation $150,000 for scholarship awards! The City is eager to support those in pursuit of higher-level education. Download the VCF Scholarship application today and apply by March 26, 2026.

The VCF has awarded over $5 million in grants to 70+ local non-profit organizations and $170,000 in scholarships to 45+ Vernon Area high school seniors.
