Payment for City of Vernon Services
The City offers a number of ways in which you can pay your bill. You may drop a payment in the mail (4305 Santa Fe Ave, Vernon, 90058), visit our service counter (on the 2nd floor of City Hall), use our secure payment dropbox on the 1st floor near the Police Department entrance, or you may pay for certain services online by accessing our online payment web portals.
To use the City's online payment options, you must create a log in and password, and have your customer account number and your bill's invoice number handy.

• Residential Rent (for City-owned rental units only)
• All other invoices from the City
Please click here to pay for Commercial and Residential utility services (electric, natural gas, water) provided by Vernon Public Utilities (VPU).
VPU is excited to offer residential and commercial customers an easy and convenient method to view and pay their utility bills online. Aside from digital payment for utility services, VPU’s online portal also allows customers to review your utility bills online and provides utility customers with access to multiple accounts. Customers also have the ability to sign-up for auto-pay and paperless billing.
The City continues to work on improving our customers' experience and we understand that web-based access to accounts and online bill pay services are convenient for all.
