Vernon General Municipal Elections
The City of Vernon holds regular elections for the City Council on the second Tuesday of April each year. One City Council seat is filled annually and Council Members serve five-year terms, for no more than two terms. Ballot measures may be submitted to the voters from time to time. The City of Vernon holds All-Mail Ballot elections. There are no polling locations, and all election materials are mailed to you.
The City of Vernon does not endorse or support any candidate running for the Office of City Council Member.
